My self-love is on auto boost right now. The choices of food, the deep receiving breath\u2019s I take, the presence to what I\u2019m doing and the care to my emotions. I am determined right now to not let anything come between my health, the love for myself and my growing bump.<\/p>\n

THE EFFECT THIS HAS ON MY PASSION AND PURPOSE IS PROFOUND.<\/p>\n

Life\u2019s equation, therefore, can be summed up easily;<\/p>\n
Love yourself completely and watch your life transform.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
If we liken self-love and achieving your dreams to the chicken and egg riddle it\u2019s obvious who comes first, you \u2013 the chicken, the self-loving chicken.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
When we put our feminine abilities to be soft, creative, loving and accepting before our more masculine skills of ordering, listing, achieving and strategizing, the latter seems to flow and come from a place of inspiration rather than necessity.<\/p>\n

Love is all you need<\/p>\n
Love heals all<\/p>\n
Love is a many splendid thing<\/p>\n
Love lifts us up where we belong<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
If you\u2019re rolling your eyes right now I don\u2019t blame you. There would have been a time when I would have too.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Yet one place where love couldn\u2019t be truer is the parts of us that really do need healing; the parts of us that hold us back and the parts of us that sabotage and block our success.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
These are the fragmented parts of our personality that don\u2019t support us and sometimes masquerade as helping rather than hindering.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
These are the parts that act out childish behaviors, like rebelling, refusing, finding excuses and throwing a pity party of anger and blame. When we see these parts for what they really are, misguided personalities trying to protect us we have a bigger chance of achieving our goals.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
When these parts are given nothing but compassion and love, they are able to grow up and join us in our focus to achieve our dreams. If we love the judgment, fear and denial, they\u2019re misguided needs get heard and acknowledged and quiet down in the face of a compassionate parent figure.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Love has the power to do this. It has the power to calm any misunderstood voice and call it back to its purpose.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Once these personalities are aligned and on our side, watch our passion and purpose steam right ahead towards our dreams.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
If I, a retired cynic, can believe in love healing all, then so can you.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Love is your prize, love is your goal, big boobs or small or perhaps not at all, love really is the answer.<\/p>\n
