Meet Olya and discover the experiences, practices and ideas that brought Holistic Life to life.
Hello, I’m Olya — the person behind Holistic Life.
Some people know me through Face & Head Therapy. Others have joined one of my small retreats, explored meditation or breathwork with me, or share my love of wild plants and foraging.
Holistic Life brings all of these parts of my work together through one simple idea: everything is connected.
My work is about supporting people who feel mentally exhausted, overstimulated or simply in need of space to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
Through Face & Head Therapy, yoga, breathwork, meditation, mentoring, foraging and retreats, I bring together different practices that encourage relaxation, awareness and a deeper connection with the body and nature.
What I Believe. My approach is gentle, grounded and personal.
I believe in creating space to pause, listen and become more aware — rather than forcing change or following a one-size-fits-all approach.
What I share has grown from years of genuine interest, study and practice, long before I ever thought of turning any of it into professional work.
If you’re new to Holistic Life, welcome. Whether you’re looking for a moment of deep relaxation, curious about breathwork or meditation, interested in exploring nature, or simply feeling ready to create a little more space for yourself, you’re welcome here.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You can simply start where you are.
I spent around 15 years working in law in Ukraine. After moving to the UK, I continued working in the legal field for a while. Alongside my professional life, however, another part of me had been quietly growing for years.
I was already practising and studying meditation and breathwork, gathering wild and medicinal plants, making my own teas and infusions, and exploring traditional knowledge around their uses. What began as genuine curiosity gradually became deeper study, regular practice and experience.
Eventually, I gave myself permission to explore this part of my life more fully — and Holistic Life began to take shape.
These areas may seem quite different, but for me, they are connected. I’m interested in the relationship between the body and nervous system, breathing and attention, our patterns and daily environment, and our connection with the natural world. I see these as parts of a wider interconnected system, constantly influencing one another.
That understanding of interconnectedness sits at the heart of what I do.
Send me a text. I’m always happy to answer your questions, talk through what you’re looking for and help you find the right place to start.
